During this delicious wine tasting journey, we'll sample a variety of impressive wines from South Africa's most exciting producers.

This 6-wine tasting includes small plates prepared by the Coliseum's Executive Chef, Matt Pennell - a Chopped Canada Champion and Regional Gold Medal Winner for the Canadian Culinary Championships.

This 90-minute seminar will be hosted by Jim Clarke, Export Manager for Wines of South Africa, and promises to be a great afternoon of wine discovery.  Jim is a highly experienced Sommelier and wine writer.    In 2020 Jim received the International Louis Roederer Wine Writer Award for Feature Writing, and in August of that year Wine Business Monthly named him a Wine Industry Leader of the Year.
